Vecoplan continues its successful course
2018 saw the Vecoplan Group continue its successful development of last year. The leading supplier of machines and plants for shredding, conveying and processing primary and secondary raw materials in the production and resources cycle is growing even faster than the market – with an increase in sales of 15 percent and a 25-percent increase in orders. One of the reasons for this positive development is that the mechanical engineering company from the Westerwald region clearly focuses on user benefits and market orientation.
In May, the IFAT in Munich was the highlight of fiscal year 2018 for Vecoplan and the first indicator of a positive course for the year. The company made a big impression at the world’s leading trade fair for environmental technologies with the premiere of a powerful single-shaft pre-shredder. The pre-shredder’s special feature is its completely new design, which is notable not only for colour and styling, but above all for functionality. The developers have clearly focused on added value for the customer. When making design improvements Vecoplan also takes into account the latest engineering developments in order to give its customers forward-looking solutions and provide them with clear advantages.
With its broad product portfolio, the machine manufacturer is very well positioned to supply practical solutions – even for the most difficult applications. To ensure that this remains the case, Vecoplan continuously monitors the requirements of the various markets in order to initiate new developments in line with requirements at an early stage – and this approach is proving successful, because the new products are quickly accepted in the market.
“We don’t just support our existing customers with our plants and machines – in 2018, we also gained many new users worldwide,” says a delighted Werner Berens, CEO of Vecoplan AG. “They gain real added value thanks to our future-oriented solutions and the optimisation of our proven products.”
