Ms Hannen has a degree in economics and more than 30 years of experience in management. She began her career with the auditing and consultancy company KPMG Deutsche Treuhand in Frankfurt and Chicago. In 2000 she was appointed department head at ALSO Germany, formerly Actebis, a distributor of IT and telecommunications products. For six years she was head of accounting and taxation at Klöckner Pentaplast, a plastics manufacturer, and for ten years she was Vice President for finance and financial operations with KP Germany Erste GmbH. Later she served as commercial director at Baettr Holding GmbH, a manufacturer of onshore and offshore turbine components for the wind energy industry. Before coming to Vecoplan AG she was commercial director at Kabel Premium Pulp & Paper GmbH.
Ina Hannen succeeds Michael Lambert, who has been a member of the company since 2014. Mr Lambert was responsible for commercial operations and managed Vecoplan AG’s European subsidiaries. Together with Werner Berens, he served in the Management Board since February 2019. During this period the Vecoplan Group was reorganised and made fit for the future. In 2021 the company posted the highest level of incoming orders and highest earnings in its history.
