The ESC-Drive with patented belt technology is an extremely energy-efficient and economical solution for drive powers from 45 to 90 kW. Here, an asynchronous motor with a powerful frequency converter works together with a high-performance belt drive with sophisticated slip control and a tramp material protection.

Features of the wood shredders
The material can be discharged mechanically or pneumatically (with suction nozzle). Mechanical discharge is possible with metal separator (magnetic belt), drag chain conveyor or screw conveyor.
Optimum slide geometry due to hydraulic load-dependent material feed and spring-loaded slide seal.
Patented, profiled rotor for efficient shredding. The counter knife is easy to change.
Heavy-duty steel rotor housing with labyrinth to protect the bearings. The bearing is designed as a spherical roller bearing.
