o ensure the safe and reliable transportation of waste and green wood, a bespoke solution was required. Particular challenges were the minimal space availability on site and the large storage volume required for the fuel.
Solution
In order to meet the customer's requirements, a wide variety of conveyor components had to be coordinated with each other down to the last detail. Three loading and unloading conveyors, five drag chain conveyors, a push rod discharger, a belt conveyor with overbelt magnets, and other conveying, storage, and dosing equipment were used.
Result
The individual combination of high-quality components guarantees optimum performance and maximum safety in plant operation. The three biggest advantages of the Vecoplan solution are the optimal use of space, the large storage volume, and the short construction time and commissioning.
