Fully automatic residual wood processing for Losan

Requirements

The sawmill is constructed for an annual cutting of 250.000 solid cubic meters. 35 solid cubic meters of waste wood are produced per hour in the sawmill process. 35 solid cubic meters of waste wood have to be processed to 50% sawdust and 50% wood chips per hour.

Solution

The technology used included a VTH 200 drum chipper, eight scraper chain conveyors, four vibratory feeders, a VSS 6000 vibrating screen, and other conveying and separation equipment.

Result

The Vecoplan line enables the customer to produce chips with exceptional quality for the MDF and paper industry.
