Vecoplan USA is based in Greensboro, the third largest city in the US state of North Carolina with a population of around 304,000. Founded in 1808, the city is located in the Piedmont region, between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Atlantic Plain. Greensboro is known for its furniture, textile and tobacco industries as well as its impressive architecture and landscaping. The city was named after General Nathanael Greene, who led the American troops at the Battle of Guilford Courthouse in the Revolutionary War in 1781.

Vecoplan receives an order worth millions from Brightmark Energy

Brightmark Energy, headquartered in San Francisco, plans and builds plants for the recycling industry – and one of the company’s current projects is in Ashley, Indiana. The new ‘plastic-to-fuel’ plant will convert various types of plastic waste into fuels. The Vecoplan Group received an order from Brightmark worth several million euros to supply the necessary technology for processing the input material, including powerful pre-shredders and post-shredders.
