The VEZ is primarily used for the uniform production of substitute fuels—that is, for shredding household and commercial waste—as well as in the fields of waste wood shredding and biomass processing. In short, it is used wherever a particularly wide variety of materials needs to be processed. “All these applications demand power. In further developing our machine, we placed particular emphasis on maintaining the familiar robustness and high performance while designing the machine so that it is quick and easy for the customer to put into operation,” explains Joschua-Noah Berger, Product Manager at Vecoplan.
Flexible, more flexible, VEZ 3300 e-mobil
“We opted for a mobile version for the first time so that our customers can use the VEZ 3300 anywhere and with complete flexibility,” Joschua-Noah Berger continued. “There is no need for civil engineering or foundation work, as the machine can be easily set up and used immediately via ‘plug-and-play.’ This makes it very practical for users and ready for quick operation.” Visually, the mobile version hardly differs from the stationary one. Technically, however, there are differences: The newly developed crawler track ensures mobility, and the controls have been adapted accordingly. The foldable conveyor belt makes the mobile machine particularly transportable.
Using state-of-the-art technology to achieve a throughput of 80 tons
Both the stationary and mobile versions feature state-of-the-art specifications. The performance of both machines is identical—both handle a wide range of processable materials, a broad spectrum of particle sizes, and deliver an exceptionally high throughput of up to 80 tons per hour. Both the stationary and mobile versions utilize energy-efficient HiTorc drive technology. The electric drive is considered particularly efficient and virtually wear-free. Another technical highlight is the automatically adjustable counter blade, which can be optionally integrated into both machines. With the automatic counter blade, the required cutting gap no longer needs to be manually readjusted, as it automatically sets itself correctly. This guarantees consistent particle size output.
Two machines, one goal: Easy handling with maximum performance
With the new VEZ 3300 and the VEZ 3300 e-mobil, Vecoplan presents a well-designed solution for demanding shredding applications. Minimal installation and maintenance requirements result in machines that are extremely easy to operate while consistently delivering high-quality results. “Our customers should not only receive first-class technology, but also solutions that can be easily integrated into their processes,” emphasizes Joschua-Noah Berger. “That is exactly what the new VEZ 3300 stands for—whether stationary or mobile.”
