Tasks
- Customer care in 1st and 2nd level support with a focus on mechanics
- Telephone fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Recording service cases in XRM
- Help desk for the field service
- Creating technical documents and instructions for the field service
- Entering quotations and orders in the proALPHA ERP system
- Complaint and warranty processing in cooperation with quality assurance
- Occasional field service work
Requirements
- Successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (mechanical engineering technology) or comparable training
- Initial experience in customer service desirable
- High degree of service and service orientation
- Careful, independent and responsible way of working
- Enjoy teamwork and interactive communication
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably proALPHA) and MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are nice to have
