- Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or in a comparable profession
- Several years of work experience
- Hands-on mentality
- Confident reading of drawings
- Experience in leading assembly teams
- Friendly and competent appearance as well as convincing communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Good command of English
- Worldwide willingness/suitability to travel
