Tasks
- Technical consulting for our internal customers in the conception of innovative digital business solutions within the Microsoft business application platform with a focus on Dynamics 365, PowerApps and Power Automate
- Implementation of the elaborated solutions in an agile development team
- Further development and optimization of existing solutions
- Administration, monitoring and further development of existing interfaces to the ERP system and other systems
- Supporting users with questions and solving technical problems
Requirements
- IT-related vocational training or a degree in IT
- Practical experience in the field of digitization, in particular software design and development
- Experience and certifications in dealing with CRM systems desirable, ideally in the development environment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and the Power Platform
- Independent familiarization with complex technical issues
- A team player with strong communication skills and a very high customer orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
