ANALYSE TOOL

Live service

If we receive a service request from you, we will establish a secure online connection to your machine and have remote access to the control system, frequency converter and operating console. The real-time analysis and the temporary co-writing of machine and process data can start immediately. The data are analysed directly to discover whether the limit values have been exceeded, for example. This enables us in many cases to detect and rectify errors quickly without assigning our service team to the site.

CONFERENCE CENTER

Live service

The Conference Center is integrated in the Live Service software. It gives you the opportunity to chat with our service team using modern online communication, via chat, video phone or smartglasses. Sending messages and documents and using live images via webcam or smartglasses help to quickly clarify complex technical matters.  Experience shows that errors are found and rectified more quickly.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Live service

Regular maintenance secures your investments in the long-term. The Maintenance Manager assists you in coordinating all maintenance work. The requirement is displayed exactly to the minute and  a timely reminder is given by traffic light signal or pop-up (on system start)  for upcoming maintenance.  With the click of a mouse, you can create accurate maintenance plans including a calculation of the time required and print out maintenance instructions for the maintenance staff. This ensures smooth processes overall and potential sources of error are minimised..

With the service app, use the Live Service features simply via your smartphone. Three standard values can each be retrieved immediately. Through the direct transfer of machine data, you can view your machines and systems any where and any time. If faults or irregularities occur, you can submit a service request with a click on your smartphone. The Vecoplan service app is available from summer 2016. ALARM MANAGER

Live service

To protect machines and systems against damage,  events can be defined via the Live Service to trigger an alarm. Such events may be specific error messages or machine limit values being exceeded, for example. The machine and system problems are reported directly to the shift supervisor/business manager - by email and/or smartphone. This enables immediate intervention before damage and/or failure and downtimes occur. You can use the feature from summer 2016.

SMARTGLASSES

Live service

Seeing what YOU see. This makes working together so much easier. The smartglasses integrated in the Live Service are fitted with a camera and screen. This means you can show a Vecoplan service team member exactly where a defect or error has occurred on a machine or in a system. The service team member watches live on the screen, can understand the situation quickly and then respond and provide assistance accordingly - for example, even by showing his colleague information from the smartglasses. This creates opportunities of optimal cooperation and quick error rectification.
