For the shredding of fibers and yarns with widely varying lengths and different mechanical properties, the customer requires a sophisticated shredding concept.
Solution
The extreme requirements were met in close partnership with concrete, individual adaptations: The V-ECO 1700 with reinforced screen and counter knife cutting units as well as optimized rotor sealing and additional insulating mats for effective noise suppression.
Result
Vecoplan's customized solution concept can guarantee the shredding of all kinds of fibers as well as a constant and high level of output quality.
