New CEO of Vecoplan AG

Changes to the Executive Board: Following Eric Jaschke's appointment as Chief Financial Officer in December 2025, Vecoplan AG has also strengthened its Executive Board leadership. Dr Ralf Guckert is taking over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The seasoned entrepreneur is confident that the company, which operates internationally, is still on course for growth, and is focusing its strategy particularly on digitalisation and customer proximity.

Vecoplan AG is widely regarded as one of the leading technology companies in its industry. In his new role, Dr. Ralf Guckert is building on this positioning. He has many years of experience in digitalisation topics in the industrial environment and in the strategic transformation of companies. “To future-proof Vecoplan AG, I intend to further develop our digitalisation concepts. Our customer markets are always at the forefront of our minds," says Dr Guckert.

The 60-year-old looks back on an extraordinary and varied career. After studying atomic and nuclear physics, he devoted several years to scientific research in the USA. However, after six years, he moved to the business world, taking on responsibility early on at a software company in Germany, eventually becoming CTO. This was followed by other management roles, including Head of Business Support Systems at Ericsson. Dr Ralf Guckert was also a member of the Board of Directors of MAX Automation SE for many years. In 2021, he transitioned to operational management and assumed the roles of COO and Managing Director. In this role, he played a pivotal part in Vecoplan AG's development. He succeeds Werner Berens as CEO of Vecoplan AG. Mr Berens has led the company since 2012 and resigned from the Executive Board on 30 January 2026 for personal reasons.

For the new CEO of Vecoplan AG, Dr. Ralf Guckert, customer focus and the further development of the company's digitalisation concepts are at the forefront.
