With the new VEZ 3300 e-mobil, Vecoplan is expanding its portfolio with a solution that meets the increasing demand for flexible application scenarios in the circular economy. The mobile machine features state‑of‑the‑art drive technology and is immediately ready for operation thanks to its plug‑and‑play configuration, requiring no installation effort. The VEZ 3300 e-mobil will celebrate its premiere in the outdoor area FS.908/1 at IFAT, accompanied by live demonstrations with wood material at 10:40 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. on each day of the fair.
The mobile solution also highlights how Vecoplan puts its customer‑focused and flexible approach into practice. True to the motto “Ready where you are – just add what you need”, the company supports operators precisely at their point of need and provides suitable solutions for every process step. Thanks to its modular design, systems can be expanded gradually and combined as required.
Systems for the circular economy and waste handling
Vecoplan will also demonstrate how this approach applies to further process steps at its stand in Hall B5, Stand 229, where additional machines and technologies will be on display. The VAZ 1700, a single‑shaft shredder for material recycling, stands out thanks to its electric HiTorc drive concept and modular design. Vecoplan will also present its dry cleaner. Since the integration of Pla.to GmbH, a specialist in cleaning technology, this area has taken on even greater significance within the portfolio. Dry cleaning enables plastic processing without water‑intensive wet processes, improving both material quality and resource efficiency. “With our subsidiary Pla.to, we are bringing together our expertise in dry and washing technology and, for the first time, offering operators a fully integrated process chain – from the first conveying step through to cleaning,” explains Tim Hamer, Director Sales at Vecoplan. “At IFAT, we will demonstrate how we integrate these technologies and set new standards for efficient and resource‑conserving plastic processing.”
Another focal point of Vecoplan’s presence at the fair is its expanded service division. At the centre of this are new Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which provide a reliable foundation for plant operation. The aim is to reduce unplanned downtime, increase availability and make maintenance processes more efficient. The company will also showcase its new digital webshop, which will allow customers to order spare parts, components and accessories directly online, benefiting from a clear overview of availability and delivery times.
Visitors are warmly invited to meet Vecoplan at IFAT in Hall B5, Stand 229, as well as in the outdoor area FS.908/1, and experience the solutions live.
