A CUSTOMER PROJECT: UPGRADING THE RE-SHREDDER VAZ 2500 T
THE PROJECT REQUIRED:
• The customer reprocesses industrial waste into substitute fuel with a high calorific value
• So that the substitute fuel can be used in power, cement and lime plants, the processes are subject to strict procedural and emission-related conditions
• The improvement of material quality through the minimisation of overlengths in the reshredder was intended to increase customer demand
• At the same time, the customer wanted to increase the previous throughput rate of 4.5 to 5 tonnes/hour (at < 30 mm) to 8 tonnes/hour
