Vecoplan is consistently expanding its services

How can customers be optimally served worldwide? Among other approaches, Vecoplan offers a digitalisation concept that it has now expanded to include additional services. The machine manufacturer is also establishing more branches in selected locations. Jochen Pfeil, Head of the Service Division, knows how customers benefit from these changes.

Vecoplan opens a new subsidiary in France:

Vecoplan AG, a leading international specialist in sawmill waste handling, material transport and processing in the woodworking industry, as well as shredding, conveying and storage technology for biomass power plants, has opened a subsidiary in France. There is a clear focus on service and sales at Vecoplan France. As a result, it can now provide its French customers with the best possible support in the Wood | Biomass, Recycling | Waste and Service divisions.

Vecoplan expands its service base in Italy:

Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom and now also Italy – Vecoplan is consistently expanding its service bases in Europe to be geographically closer to its customers and provide them with even better services. Users benefit from faster spare parts supply, reliable on-site support and a significantly higher availability of their plants and machines as a result. Trade fair review IFAT: the new developments

IFAT in May 2020 was the first major trade fair for Vecoplan that was first postponed and then completely canceled due to the Corona pandemic. And this despite the fact that we were already in the starting blocks: The booth was planned, the trade show motto was set, the exhibits were already in production and the trade show invitations were as good as printed. So we had to rethink and do the whole thing digitally. We managed to partially compensate for the loss of the trade fairs with our live broadcasts from the Technology Center, but this could not make up for the high-quality discussions at a trade fair. All the more reason for us all to look forward to IFAT 2022!
