Company’s founder Irene Scheidweiler changes her position and moves from managing board to supervisory board

Since October 01st Irene Scheidweiler has moved into the VECOPLAN AG supervisory board. She founded the company 40 years ago and had main influence on its development to a leading partner in the international wood and recycling industry. In recent years she was member of the managing board of the AG.

At the age of 22 Irene Scheidweiler founded, together with 2 partners, Vecoplan GmbH in Bad Marienberg (Rheinlad Pfalz) in 1969, from which VECOPLAN AG derived. 1995 she integrated the dynamically growing company into the M.A.X. Automation AG, with its seat in Duesseldorf. The company was turned into VECOPLAN AG in 2007 and subsequently Irene Scheidweiler moved her position to a member of the managing board. There she was responsible for the field sales and after sales until January 2012.

From now on the managing board of Vecoplan AG consists of Ulrich Schulte, member of the board since August 2009, technical director, sales director, service director and after sales director as well as Ute Just, member of the board since July 2011, financial director, human resources director and IT director. With proven management board the company acts as one of the leading companies in environmental technology.
