BEF M 160
The loading and unloading conveyor is an electromechanical device for filling and emptying one or more storage units, each measuring up to 5 m wide and roughly 30 m long. The bulk material, with a particle length of up to 300 mm and a bulk density of up to 650 kg/m³, is filled individually at one point only (normally opposite the discharge side). A separation conveyor suspended by wire ropes ensures optimum distribution across the entire length of the storage unit and is also used for discharging the material. The necessary work steps are automatically initiated and executed by a programmable logic controller via two different programs ("filling and emptying"). The storage unit can be filled and emptied at the same time.
Areas of application:
- Boiler feeding systems
- Alternative fuel (RDF) applications
- Biogas plants
Benefits in brief:
- Wide range of applications
- Large storage capacity
- Long service life
- Low energy costs
- Low maintenance
- Simple, compact, sturdy design
- Bolt-on wearing parts for easy replacement
- Storage unit can be filled and emptied at the same time.
