Tasks
- Clarification and implementation of the connection of the e-sourcing tool in cooperation with the IT department and the purchasing department
- Definition and training of the users of the e-sourcing tool within Vecoplan
- Determination of the release strategy for purchase orders and setting up the cost centres
- Creation of shopping baskets and linking of catalogues
- Support of the go-live phase
