Tasks
- Support and development of the ERP landscape (proAlpha)
- Consulting and process support for the specialist department in the use of the ERP system in Germany and USA
- First and second level support for ERP systems
- Support of key users in the creation of analyses and reports in the proAlpha environment using reporting tools
- Management of document and task documentation for the ERP system
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable experience with database systems and/or ERP systems
- Good understanding of process flows and system optimisation
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Knowledge of MS Office and Windows environment
- Ability to work in a team
