Tasks
- Independent management, development of the controlling department
- Redesign of the existing controlling organization
- Further development and digitalization of existing processes, reporting and the key figure system
- Budgeting, analysis of key figures and deviations from plan
- Assurance of the reporting
- Business and sparring partner for the business units, the supply chain and for sales and production controlling
- Cooperation with the management in all strategic and operational matters
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and evaluations as well as special projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering
- Sound professional experience, ideally in a mechanical and plant engineering company
- Ability to inspire people and develop them professionally
- Proactive personality with a modern understanding of leadership
- Great decision making and strong communication skills
- Very good Excel knowledge, Pro Alpha and BI knowledge an advantage
- Knowledge of HGB, IFRS, P&L, and POC as well as very good analytical skills and a structured way of thinking and working
- Good negotiation skills in German and fluent English
